A Letter to Our Valued Clients

We are extremely excited to share with you some important news about our firm. On April 2nd we are executing a companywide rebrand and are moving forward as Tower Partners. The Three Twenty-One Capital Partners name has served us well over the past 15 years, but the timing seemed perfect to evolve our brand.

The word ‘Tower’ has deep significance for members of our team, and we realize this decision is an important one and one we have not taken lightly. This decision comes at a time when we are experiencing robust deal flow, a growing team of professionals, and expanding our service offerings and our footprint into several major cities across the country.

We have given much thought to our name change. A name should reflect mission, values and vision, and Tower Partners does just that. The name Tower signifies our ability to not only guide business leaders and owners through complicated stages of their businesses, but to understand the pressures they face.

Our rebrand coincides with the hiring of Jason Pappas, who recently joined the firm as President and Managing Director. Prior to Tower Partners, Jason was CEO and President of RocketDocs, a SaaS sales enablement software company that was acquired in March 2023. He was also President, CEO and Executive Chairman of the Maryland Proton Treatment Center (MPTC) in Baltimore where he spearheaded a $277 million bond refinancing.

Jason brings a wealth of talent and will initially focus on scaling Tower’s businesses.

On a personal note, Tower also represents the iconic tower of Baltimore’s Mount Saint Joseph High School (MSJ) which has meaning to all of us.

MSJ has been a part of Erv Terwilliger’s life since the age of seven. Starting with summer camp, and eventually leading to attending high school where he had the opportunity to play hockey for his father, Ervin J. Terwilliger, who coached the school’s hockey team and was inducted into its Sports Hall of Fame. More recently, Erv’s son, Ervie Terwilliger, graduated from MSJ where Erv coached his hockey team throughout his high school career. MSJ is where Erik Endler attended high school and was classmates with Erv and it is now high school to Jason’s sons who attend and play football for MSJ where Jason is also the offensive line coach.

Before graduation, seniors at MSJ participate in the ‘Tower Climb’ making their way up the steps to the top of the iconic tower that sits on the MSJ campus. Seniors sign their names on its walls next to all the former graduating seniors’ names.  It is the moment that bonds all MSJ grads. The Tower symbolizes the culture of hard work, determination, dedication, trust, and loyalty – values we hold dearly today at Tower Partners.

We thank you for the relationships built as Three Twenty-One Capital Partners and are excited for this new chapter, serving you as Tower Partners. We look forward to building long-lasting relationships as we grow together.
