Raphael Fahrwald Promoted to Vice President, Private Debt Placement

Three Twenty-One Capital Partners (“3-21”) is pleased to announce the promotion of Raphael Fahrwald (Raph) to Vice President, Private Debt Placement.  Raph is an integral member of the Firm’s Denver office and will lead 3-21’s Private Debt Placement efforts.


In his role as Vice President, Raph will remain involved in all aspects of the deal execution process and continue supporting the firm’s growth and execution mandates.  Raph is excited to tackle new challenges in his role, stating, “I am deeply grateful for the recognition by our management team and highly appreciative of the trust the firm puts in me. I very much look forward to seeing our exceptional team continue to excel and Three Twenty-One to thrive and grow.”

More About Raph:

Raphael began his career in Zurich, Switzerland working on UBS’s equity and derivatives floor.  He then moved to the States where he initially became a member of the investment team at private equity firm Volery Capital Partners. In 2018 Raph transitioned from private equity to investment banking by joining Capital Research Partners & Co., a boutique investment bank, as an Associate providing strategic advice and execution support on M&A and debt private capital market transactions within a variety of industries.


Raph earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and master’s degree in accounting and finance at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. As an undergraduate, he participated in an exchange program at Columbia University. Raph is currently pursuing the CFA certification, having passed two of the three exams thus far.
